1. Introduction

Welcome to AIGoldBots. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, software, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We provide automated trading bot subscriptions ("Bot") for use on the MetaTrader 5 platform. We are not a financial advisor, and our services should not be considered financial advice. All trading decisions made by the Bot are automated and based on its pre-programmed strategy.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your trading account password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fee Structure and Payment Terms

4.1. Annual Subscription Fee: The client agrees to pay the non-refundable annual subscription fee as stated at the time of purchase. This fee grants a license for the Bot to operate on a single, specified trading account for a period of one year.

4.2. Performance Maintenance Fee: a) In addition to the subscription fee, the client agrees to a recurring Performance Maintenance Fee. This fee is calculated as 10% of every $10,000 USD in Net Profit generated by the Bot on the licensed account.

b) Net Profit Calculation: For this purpose, "Net Profit" is defined as the total realized profit generated by the Bot's trades. It is calculated by monitoring the account's balance and withdrawal history. The formula is: (Current Balance - Starting Balance) + Total Withdrawals.

c) Our team will monitor the account's performance. Once the $10,000 Net Profit threshold is reached, we will notify the client. The client is obligated to pay the corresponding $1,000 fee within seven (7) calendar days of notification. Failure to pay will result in the immediate suspension of the Bot license.

5. Client Obligations and Account Usage

5.1. Prohibition of Manual Trading: a) The licensed trading account must be used exclusively for the operations of our Bot. The client is strictly prohibited from executing any manual trades (i.e., opening or closing trades manually) on this account. This includes the manual closing of trades opened by the Bot.

b) This policy is critical to ensure the integrity of the Bot's strategy, risk management, and the accuracy of performance calculations.

5.2. Consequences of Violation: a) Any detected manual trading activity on the licensed account will be considered a material breach of these Terms of Service.

b) In the event of such a breach, AIGoldBots reserves the right to immediately and permanently terminate the Bot's license for that account. No refund for the subscription fee will be issued.

c) AIGoldBots will not be held responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of the client's violation of this clause.

6. Limitation of Liability

Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. AIGoldBots is not liable for any losses incurred from using our services, as the client retains full control and ownership of their trading account.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
